BOOTCAMP TRAINING
 
The Clinic’s Boot Camp is an indoor fitness program that focuses on motivation, team work and fun to create positive physical changes for men and women of all shapes, sizes and fitness levels.
The Boot Camp is a every Saturday, one hour, and one day of exercise per week. The Boot Camp runs every Saturday from 8am-9am and take place at the Sports performance Clinic. All classes take place indoors, in beautiful old school training facility.  Exercises include circuits, skipping rope, mat work, core conditioning, cardio, team games, weights and much more. No two sessions are a like and campers never get bored, ensuring they stick to the full program and achieve great results.  Teamwork is the keyword in these camps and everyone encourages each other to do their best.  We cater to everyone of all fitness levels and everyone trains at their own pace.
